At Wild Hill Adventure, we strive to provide transparent and hassle-free services. To ensure a smooth journey and clear understanding between us and our valued clients, we have established the following terms and conditions:
Hidden Charges: Wild Hill Adventure does not have any hidden charges. If anyone asks for extra money during the journey, please inform us immediately. We will not be held responsible if you pay any amount without our knowledge and consent.
Booking Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed only after we receive the advance payment.
Payment Terms: Half of the payment should be made while booking the trip, and the remaining amount must be paid before 7 days of the start of the trip.
Accommodation: We select accommodations for each category based on budget considerations and feedback from our clients.
Dedicated Vehicle: The dedicated vehicle provided to you is solely for serving the itinerary of your trip.
Extra Breakfast for Kids: Any additional breakfast for kids not mentioned in the package will need to be paid directly by the guest as per the hotel policy.
Photo Identification: Guests are required to carry photo identification such as a passport, voter ID card, driving license, or Aadhaar card.
Train Bookings: Train Bookings: Our trips include train bookings to ensure a smooth and convenient travel experience. However, please note that due to delays in booking or last-minute arrangements, there may be instances where confirmed train tickets are unavailable.
In such cases, we will make every effort to secure alternative tickets of the available category for your confirmed booking. However, if an upgrade to a higher ticket category is required due to unavailability, any additional charges incurred for the upgrade will be borne by the travelers.
Changes to Itinerary: In rare and unavoidable circumstances, we may have to make changes to your accommodation or transportation at the last moment. We understand that this can be inconvenient, but sometimes situations are beyond our control.
Liability: Wild Hill Adventure is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the trip.
Code of Conduct: Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully at all times during the trip.
Late Reporting: The agency will not bear any extra costs if the traveler fails to report at the stipulated time provided in the itinerary. In such cases, any additional costs incurred should be paid by the traveler on the spot.
Medical Issues: Wild Hill Adventure is not responsible for any serious medical issues arising during the scheduled travel if the traveler has not informed us earlier. Travelers with any past medical history that may create serious medical issues during the trek or trip due to fluctuating weather conditions and diverse environments must inform us in advance. This will allow us to take appropriate measures in case of any such situation.
Sustainable Tourism: At Wild Hill Adventure, we follow the principles of sustainable tourism. We urge you to put litter in its proper place and help us in preserving and protecting the environment.
In the event of any inappropriate behavior towards fellow passengers, homestay hosts, drivers, or our team members, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of our services, with or without prior notice to you.
To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted group tour experience, it is essential to adhere to the designated timing and arrive punctually. Failure to report at the specified time may result in tour cancellation
Cancellation or Delay in Transport: Cancellation or delay in road or railway transport will not be entertained by Wild Hill Adventure. Any such situations will be adjusted with the next available mode of transportation. In case of delays caused by the client, they may need to pay for the extra costs incurred during the transportation.
Time Management: To make the most of your trip, we recommend covering all the designated sightseeing spots within the given timeframe. It is essential to keep in mind that spending excessive time at one location may result in missing out on other attractions. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any missed sights due to exceeding the allotted time at a particular spot
Acts of God or Force Majeure: Wild Hill Adventure is not responsible for acts of God or force majeure events, sanitation problems, lack of medical care, weather conditions, strikes and other labor activities, acts of terrorism, acts of war (declared or undeclared), quarantines, embargoes, blockades, criminal activities, or any other act or event beyond our control. We are not responsible for additional costs related to stay, meals, or other expenses incurred as a consequence of such unfortunate events.
During your journey with us, we kindly request that you seek permission before taking photographs of local people or flying drones. Respecting the privacy and cultural sensitivities of the communities we visit is of utmost importance to us.
Trip Cancellation: In the unfortunate event that a trip is canceled before its start due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be able to provide a refund for the canceled trip.
Refund Process: The process of refund will be initiated within 7 days of the scheduled trip date in case of cancellations.
By proceeding with the booking of your trip, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and understood the terms and conditions outlined below. Your confirmation of the booking indicates your acceptance and agreement to abide by these terms and conditions throughout the duration of your trip.

For Stays:
Booking Confirmation: Hotel booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment as specified by Wild Hill Adventure. Payment can be made using UPI or Bank Transfer.
Check-in and Check-out: The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM IST, and the check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability, but additional charges may apply.
Respect for Culture and Manners: As most of our stays are offbeat and located in culturally sensitive areas, we kindly request guests to respect the local culture, traditions, and customs. Guests are expected to adhere to the highest standards of behavior and manners during their stay.
Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests per room or cottage is limited to the maximum capacity specified during the booking process. Additional guests may be accommodated upon prior arrangement with additional charges.
Health, Safety, and Security: Guests are expected to not compromise the health, safety, and security aspects of the hotel at any point during their stay. Any actions or behavior that may cause harm to oneself, other guests, or hotel staff will not be tolerated.
In the event of any damage caused to the hotel property by the client, the client will be held responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement. The client will be required to pay the full amount for any damages incurred during their stay at the hotel. This includes damages to the room, furniture, fixtures, or any other hotel property.
Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective hotels and will be communicated to guests at the time of booking. Any applicable refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame.for more info check our cancellation policy
Terms of Payment: 100% payment is required to confirm the booking. Payment can be made through UPI or Bank Transfer, and the necessary details will be provided by Wild Hill Adventure.
