If cancellations are made 45+ days or more before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made 25–45 days before the start date, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0–25 days before the start date, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Note: Cancellation charges apply to the total trip cost, not to any partial or token advance payments.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions, or any situation beyond our control such as violence, certain activities or even the entire trip may be canceled. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
