  • Cancellation charges are applied on the total trip cost, not on any partial or token amounts.
  • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, anything beyond our control certain activities or full trip may be cancelled. No refund will be provided for such cancellations.

  • Pickup and drop-off times are fixed. Additional charges apply if missed.
