Day 1: Guwahati to Shillong – A Scenic Hill Town Welcome Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, meet our representative and begin a comfortable drive to Shillong. En route, we visit Umiam Lake and Nehru Park, a peaceful stop where families can relax, enjoy fresh air, and let children stretch after the journey. These spots involve minimal walking and are senior-friendly. By evening, we reach Shillong and explore Laitlum Grand Canyons, known for its wide open views, gentle breeze, and dramatic landscapes. It is famous for its resemblance to the Grand Canyon and as a shooting location for the movie Rock On 2. Viewing points are safe and ideal for photography.   • Don Bosco Museum, one of the best museums in Northeast India, where kids and adults learn about local tribes, culture, clothing, and lifestyle in a very visual and engaging way Next, we visit the Sacred Forest, where families can learn about nature conservation and traditional beliefs in a calm, green environment. Later, we visit Elephant Falls, a popular waterfall with steps and railings, making it manageable for both children and elders. In the evening, explore Police Bazaar for shopping, souvenirs, and local food. Overnight stay in Shillong

Day 3: Shillong to Amlarem – Dawki (Waterfalls & Nature) After breakfast, drive towards Amlarem, a scenic region known for its natural beauty. We visit Krangsuri Falls, where families can relax by the water. Swimming and water activities are optional and can be enjoyed by those interested, while others can sit back and enjoy the surroundings. Next, we explore Phe Phe Falls, considered one of the most beautiful waterfalls in India. The area offers breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. We also visit the Indo-Bangladesh Border, a point of interest for kids to learn about geography and borders. Proceed to Dawki or Jowai for overnight stay.

Day 4: Dawki – Mawlynnong – Cherrapunjee (Clean Villages & Scenic Valleys) Start the day early with a boat ride on the crystal-clear Umngot River at Shnongpdeng. The calm water and glass-like clarity make it a memorable experience for all age groups.Other adventure activities like zip-lining, kayaking, cliff jumping, and snorkeling are available optionally and can be skipped comfortably by kids or senior citizens. We then drive to Mawlynnong Village, once known as the cleanest village in Asia. This visit is very educational for children, teaching cleanliness, community living, and respect for nature. Here we explore: Single Living Root Bridge, just a short 15-minute walk (optional)Balancing Rock, a natural wonder that fascinates kids Later, stop at Mawkdok Valley, a beautiful viewpoint perfect for photos. Continue the drive to Cherrapunjee for overnight stay.

Day 5: Cherrapunjee Sightseeing – Waterfalls & Caves After breakfast, explore Cherrapunjee, known for its waterfalls, clouds, and rain stories. We visit:

  • Seven Sisters Falls
  • Nohkalikai waterfall
  • Garden of Cave
  • Noh Ka Likai Falls, India’s tallest plunge waterfall

  • If cancellations are made within 0–25 days before the start date, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • Note: Cancellation charges apply to the total trip cost, not to any partial or token advance payments.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions, or any situation beyond our control such as violence, certain activities or even the entire trip may be canceled. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

  • Full payment must be completed within the timeline provided by our team. If not received on time, the booking may be cancelled without refund of the advance.

  • The company may modify or cancel parts of the itinerary if required due to weather, safety concerns, roadblocks, political situations, or operational reasons.
  • If certain sightseeing points are closed by authorities, alternative sightseeing will be arranged. No refunds will be provided for missed activities.
  • Travelers must carry valid ID proof and provide all necessary documents in advance for permits.
  • Travelers with medical conditions must inform us before booking.
  • Remote travel may involve basic facilities, limited connectivity, occasional delays, and varying comfort levels. By booking the trip, travelers accept these conditions as part of the experience.
  • Guide and driver instructions must be followed at all times for safety.
  • Any traveler whose behavior threatens safety or disrupts the group may be removed from the tour without refund.
  • Adventure travel involves risks including illness, injury, wildlife encounters, and natural hazards. Participation confirms acceptance of these risks.
  • Wild Hill Adventure coordinates services through independent providers such as hotels and transport. We are not responsible for their service issues, delays, or errors.
  • Travelers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. The company will not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  • Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes
  • Local rules for photography and filming in monasteries, villages, military zones, and protected areas must be followed.
  • Complimentary breakfast is provided only at the hotel at their scheduled time. If you need to start early for sightseeing, breakfast will not be provided on the way by the company.
  • Any personal requests such as specific room location, attached views, or special food preferences must be informed in advance but cannot be guaranteed.
  • Child policy (extra bed or without bed), early check-in, and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may involve extra charges.
  • If a traveler chooses to skip any activity, meal, or sightseeing, no refund or replacement will be offered.
  • In case of vehicle breakdown or unavoidable delays, an alternative vehicle or solution will be arranged as soon as possible. However, no refund is applicable for lost time.
