Exclusions: 

🚫 Camera/drone fees
🚫 Meals (lunch, dinner)
🚫 Entrance fees to monuments and sightseeing
🚫 Expenses caused by factors beyond our control, such as rail and flight delays, train cancellations due to natural calamities, roadblocks, landslides, political disturbances, etc., will have to be paid by the clients. Any costs arising from natural calamities, bandhs, or acts of God shall be borne by the traveler.

Cancellation Policy 

● If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
● If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
● If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
● Also, please note, cancellation charge is applied on total trip cost, not on any partial or token amounts.

● In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same. This Cancellation policy is applied on total trip cost.
